We had a King Studio. Had everything we needed. Very clean and nice. A motel room, but felt like we were staying in a cottage with the decorations and comfort. Our parking was just a few steps from room, and had a patio with chairs just outside the door and all a round the area. Highly recommended.Walking distance to beach and really good eating places and shops. This couple will be back next year for sure.

The bed was acceptable and the place clean but we'll worn.
Much too much money for a place of that quality. It would make a Red Roof Inn look like the Ritz. 39.95 to 59.95 is the correct rate despite proximity to Beach 2 blocks away.

Location, the size of the stove.
Small tv and refrigerator. Very old cinder block motel. No housekeeping.

Very clean and in a great location. The prices for off season are excellent.
Coffee pot was there, but no sugar or creamers. Also bottled water in the fridge would have been a nice touch.

This place is amazing, we want to go back. There is a free trolley bus that takes you to Anna Maria Pier and you can hop on and off at any stop. Bradenton is outside of the hustle and bustle of Anna Maria which is what we liked. Restaurants are good, the nicest sunset in the world!

Walking distance to everything we did.
Only complaint was that the a/c did get kitchen area as cool.

The place was comfortable. Perfect for my nights stay although I would stay longer had I had the time. Near or within walking distance from restaurants, beach, Trolley is free and takes you all around the area. Laid back atmosphere. I would stay there again.
I arrived around 5:30pm. The office was closed. On the door was a note with my name and room #. A phone call, email or txt message would have been better. That was too much information left so everyone can see. Air condition unit didn't cool down the living room/kitchen but it was bearable for me. Others may not think the same.
